TPU Sheet Extruder is a precision extrusion system specially developed for thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material characteristics. It is compatible with polyester-based and polyether-based TPU raw materials, capable of producing single-layer and multi-layer composite TPU sheets and films with transparent, frosted, matte, anti-yellowing and other specifications.
Equipped with a TPU-specific low-shear screw and multi-zone precise temperature control system, the machine effectively avoids material thermal degradation, crystal points, bubbles and other product defects. Combined with a high-precision three-roll calender and closed-loop tension winding system, it ensures the finished products feature uniform thickness, high surface gloss and excellent tensile properties. Adopting PLC & HMI intelligent control system, the line supports one-click parameter recall, automatic web guiding and closed-loop tension control, featuring easy operation and low maintenance cost. Widely applied in shoe material lamination, waterproof breathable films, automotive interior parts, medical devices, luggage protective films and hot-melt adhesive films, this production line can be customized in width, thickness range and co-extrusion structure to meet both small-batch R&D and large-scale mass production requirements.
